M Architects is thrilled to be represented by Zamir Garcia AIA, Partner, as a Final Studio Juror for Weitzman School of Design University of Pennsylvania. Joe MacDonald’s third Year M Arch Studio proposes locating an Organic Waste -to- Energy Recycling Center in Queens NYC in a prominent location overlooking Manhattan. The Studio asks the question of what happens/must happen when we bring industrial buildings into the city? What is the future of infrastructure in the city? How to we plan for the environmental impacts the future holds?   The review will be live-streamed on YouTube.  

Pointy Building – Luxury Apartments in Philadelphia

We are excited to share the recent press we received for our project on Germantown Ave. The new 50 unit luxury apartment building is to be located in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.
