Located in the vibrant Las Olas neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, this single-family home renovation and addition project blends the charm of historic South Florida architecture with modern functionality. Our team was commissioned to renovate the existing one-story residence and design a two-story addition that complements the original structure while elevating the overall aesthetic and spatial experience.

Embracing the traditional Spanish Revival style synonymous with South Florida, the design features signature elements such as stucco walls, barrel tile roofing, arched openings, wrought iron detailing, and warm, earth-toned materials. The renovation carefully preserves the character of the original home while upgrading interior finishes, improving energy efficiency, and reconfiguring the layout for better flow and livability.

The two-story addition introduces new living spaces, including a second-floor primary suite with private terrace, expanded kitchen and dining areas, and additional guest accommodations—all seamlessly integrated to maintain architectural continuity and scale within the neighborhood context.

This transformation not only honors the historic fabric of the Las Olas district but also provides a timeless, elegant home tailored to contemporary living in one of Fort Lauderdale’s most iconic settings.
